Citrulline Boost!
I am using the creatine with citrulline regularly and do enjoy it! The performance bump isn't very obvious but I have been gaining size and recovering very well! This product does taste like a green apple. I don't really mind the taste since I mix it with my protein shake. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product!

Just the essentials
After reviewing the ingredients of the Creatine with HMB and L-Glutamine, the Creatine with L-Citrulline, and other supplements from ProForce they are clearly tailor-made with unique combinations for enhanced results. I highly recommend these products for your health and fitness journey.

Thank You!
This stuff is great. It's really a good price considering you get two other important supplements with it at good quantity. It will allow you to work out hard and helps tremendously with not feel sore the next day.

Still have questions?
Can you take too many electrolytes?
Yes, excessive electrolytes—especially sodium or potassium—can cause imbalances, bloating, or high blood pressure. It’s best to follow the recommended dosage and adjust based on your hydration needs.
Can I take electrolytes if I’m on a low-carb or keto diet?
Yes! In fact, electrolyte supplements are essential for keto dieters because reducing carbs can cause sodium and potassium loss, leading to fatigue and "keto flu."
Are electrolyte supplements only for athletes?
No! While athletes benefit greatly, anyone who experiences dehydration, fatigue, or frequent muscle cramps can take electrolytes for better hydration and overall wellness.
What’s the best time to take an electrolyte supplement?
Electrolytes can be taken before, during, or after workouts, in the morning for daily hydration, or any time you feel dehydrated or low on energy.
Can electrolyte supplements improve workout performance?
Yes! They help prevent muscle cramps, sustain endurance, and support quicker recovery by maintaining proper fluid balance and preventing dehydration.
How often should I take an electrolyte supplement?
It depends on your activity level and needs. Daily use is safe for hydration, but if you’re sweating a lot or recovering from dehydration, you may need 1-2 servings per day.
What are the signs of an electrolyte imbalance?
Symptoms include muscle cramps, dizziness, headaches, fatigue, irregular heartbeat, and dehydration. If you experience these, you may need to replenish your electrolytes.
Who should take an electrolyte supplement?
Anyone who sweats a lot, exercises intensely, works in hot environments, or experiences dehydration due to illness can benefit from an electrolyte supplement. It’s also useful for those on low-carb or keto diets to prevent imbalances.
What are electrolytes, and why do I need them?
Electrolytes are essential minerals like sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium that help regulate hydration, muscle function, nerve signaling, and overall body balance. They are lost through sweat and must be replenished to avoid dehydration and fatigue.
